I recently read Thalassa’s Pestilence (review here!) and loved it! She awakened this sudden crave for paranormal romance in me, so I was really glad to see she’d written so many. But something dark is brewing in the shadows, and now it’s coming for Callie. Along with the intense connection between Des and Callie calling for attention, there is something wrong in the Otherworld and Des needs Callie’s help to get some answers. And that’s not the only reason for his return. But then the Bargainer – also known as Desmond Flynn – disappears from her life, only to return seven years later to start collecting the favours Callie owes him. As a young girl, she’d call on the Bargainer whenever she needed help, acquiring favour after favour to add onto her IOU bracelet. Rhapsodic follows Callypso – Callie – Lillis, a siren who lives in our world as a bounty hunter with has a past she just can’t seem to shake off. Though nothing major, proceed with caution.

She now lives happily ever after with her undead prince in a castle in the woods. She’s been brought back to life twice, and, with a single kiss, she woke her true love from eternal sleep. Found in the forest when she was young, Laura Thalassa was raised by fairies, kidnapped by werewolves, and given over to vampires as repayment for a hundred year debt.
